Well, he doesnt live in poland from few years and no registered address. When court sent him letter it was not being received. So we didnt had the idea.

@Cargo pants"These fukkers" Dude if u are urself immigrant idk and i dont care who u r, dont you think u must lower down your fuking attitude. nobody who has the problems with immigration is not staying idle here. we work, pay taxes" remember we fukker pay highly valued taxes to goverment to contribute to the country" so dont you even say we are begging it. As i can say u have problem with immigrant but thats not my course of intrest, i just mentioned what i dont like about. if you got ur attitude collect ur balls and fuk somewhere else.

He is imprisoned for 50 days and he was supposed to do some social work but didnt thats the reason his punishment was changed to imprisonment as per today i get info. But thank you for being so positive response. Appreciate it though

I hierd a lawyer to go on depth. Moving out is only possible if i know the fact. As i have seen, he hasnt or was not doing anyth to cause him imprisonment.

As per me making him fool for document is not even possible. I am waiting for receiving card from few months , i have full time work and good contract so nobody would want to have burden for the document.

i dont hate poland but definitely there are few things i really despise in Poland.
i have applied for my documents and its really hectic everytime i apply and wait for it.
tried to adapt few things here but i feel leftout with my question, they do really judge by the color.
recently i have been through lots of thing and i feel nothing is helping me as i have accent when i speak polish and people in high valued job are ignoring my point.
