Citizenship through descent question

Hi, I have a question regarding my application for citizenship through descent

I have all my documents, and they are translated and ready to submit, but during my Polish archive search I received some potentially damaging documents: my grandmother renounced her citizenship in 1972 after gaining Canadian citizenship and extended the renunciation it to my mother as well. I was not born until 1993 so I believe the line of descent is gone.

My grandmother and mother both did regain citizenship at a later date but I'm not sure when/ and also don't have documents to prove it. They did not come up when I did a polish archive search.

My mother passed away in 2001 anyways, and my grandmother has dimentia and is not a reliable source of information for my application.

It is clear that my case is easy: my grandmother moved to Canada in 1960, gained citizenship and renounced in 1972 before I was born breaking my descent. My question however is if I can still qualify on a case by case basis and if there is any hope of me continuing with my application?
