/ Poland`s aid to Ukraine if Russia invades
The Russians have a doctrine of de-escalating use of nuclear weapons. Given that they are losing (or at least unable to achieve their goals), the risk of Russia using nuclear weapons is growing rapidly. And Poland will probably be the target of such an impact. Peskov stated that Russia may use nuclear weapons against a state that does not have them if Russia's existence is threatened. The next day, Miediński, the chairman of the Russian delegation negotiating with Russia, says that the war with Ukraine threatens the existence of Russia. Well, it's enough to be able to add two and two. As for the NATO and US response, explain to me why Yesterday in Warsaw Biden did not address the issue of nuclear deterrence at all. In general, his speech, together with the lack of any serious military movements, is an incentive for Russia to escalate the conflict at the expense of Poland. This constant repetition of Article 5 without any real military move to strengthen the NATO nations bordering Russia smells like a bluff per kilometer.
Why there is no deployment of anti-missile defense systems in Poland, despite the fact that practically all aid for Ukraine passes through us. Two Patriot batteries are a joke. This may protect the airport in Rzeszów and what about the rest of the country.
The present war, even if kinetically a Russian-Ukrainian war (proxy war), is above all an element of the Russian (and Chinese) struggle to overthrow the world order and the US economic, political and military hegemony. Lavrov directly says that Russia is not fighting but with the US for a new order in Europe. Or Medvedev's speech. One in which he said that the goal of the war is an international order that is beneficial for Russia, based on multipolarity, and the other one about the alliance of China, Russia and India.
I see no reason why we should put ourselves at greater risk in defending the US primacy than America itself. Of course, the current security order in Europe is very beneficial for us.
For countries that the USA treats seriously as its allies, instead of words of support and empty texts about democracy, the Americans have modern THAAD missile defense systems stationed, for example, in South Korea, Taiwan, Japan or Israel.
On a global scale, it should also be noted the attack on the dollar by Russia (demanding payments for gas and oil in rubles) and China (there are talks about settlements for oil in yuan with Saudi Arabia.)
The US is clearly losing its position.
Mohammed Bin Salman, who actually rules Saudi Arabia, doesn't even want to answer Biden's phone. Without the help of OPEC, it is impossible to replace Russian oil. Even if European countries move away from Russian oil, someone else, such as India or China, will still buy it.or us. But it is obvious that we do not have the strength to defend it ourselves.
