Law / How can I resign from my job without coming back to Poland? [2]

Hello folks,
I have a work permit and I'm working in a Polish company. But currently for couple of month I'm working remotely outside of Poland. I want to resign from my job without coming back to Poland (due to quarantine). Can I resign without coming back to Poland?
