Love / English Guy/Polish Women - what makes her tick? [4]

Hi everyone, I have recently started to talk to a polish women, she is amazing, I'm 39 she is 32, she is such a caring person but i want to know more about her culture and obviously ways to impress her. We have been on the first date and agreed on date two, yes I know the old age tradition of being myself is the key but i would love to know what makes her tick, I have started learning a few phrase in polish at the end of the day, if she can speak clear English to me the least i can do is try and speak polish to her, she seems such a loving/caring person who's heart is in the right place i really want to make an effort with her and get to know her culture more. P.s I am English
