Life / Need Help on knowing the Work Culture, About People in Poland, Cost of Living in Gdynia [6]

I am an Indian with 7+ Years of professional IT experience, in Banking Domain. I've been offered in One of the reputed bank in Poland.

My work location is GDYNIA,Poland and Monthly would be 15000 PLN (Gross).
It would be very grateful , if somebody can help me out in knowing the Work Culture, About People, Cost of Living, Entertainment,Transportation, Average Salary in Gdynia, Poland.

And also Net Salary after Tax deduction, Taxation in Poland and How much one can save after all the expenses?
