You can contact consulate and ask if they can allow you to make this edit during the appointment. It's ok to make mistake and change in the printout of the application.

I have done that and it is recommended to make changes in front of consulate while taking their recommendations.
No need to cancel would be my suggestion.

No biometric for National Work Visa. Me and my wife recently applied at Mumbai and they did not ask for biometrics.

The only way out is to call consulate and get help as this is Internal to their system. I believe there have been similar questions like this on this thread.. try reading backwards on this blog.

Which consulate are you trying - Mumbai or Delhi.
Both have different days in a week at which slots open. You need to visit both websites to understand the process.

Try calling Jetsave travels in Mumbai for apostille of documents for marieage certificate. I guess it should take 2-3 weeks.

For dependent you can check the website for documents, it would require very simple documents for her plus your details.

All documents same as your work visa (minus work permit details), but she will have to put your work permit copy and approved visa and passport details for you along with it.

She will also have to have insurance (+1 month from travel date) and travel and accommodation can still be temporary or your temporary residence details if you are there before her.

If you are already in Poland and have bank account and a payslip already over there, that will also be a good document to carry to show financial stability.

Call consulate and check if your appointment went through and probably you did not recieve email.

If that's not the case, clear browser cache and keep trying.

I guess I dont have more information on this.

you can make the changes on the application at the consulate. Please call them and confirm - I don't think cancellation is required here.

@worklink - thanks for highlighting the issues. If everyone starts making bookings on their own the website issues will be solved as the hundreds of agents trying via hundreds of simultaneous connections is what is causing the issue.

I hope people are not going to pay agents.

Were you able to fill the form in less than 20 mins and submit it. If yes, check if you recieved email in your email account that you provided.

If not, consulate can't help you but you can still try to reach out and confirm with them.

If you directly recieved email from consulate then it is genuine. If still you want to verify call consulate and ask them to send you another email invite. If you provided your email you will get another PDF confirmation.

If you have booked through some agent then I guess I am not aware you can check if consulate confirms that although they wouldn't share any jnformation Over a call.
