Does anyone know what to fill in the Name of host person or company in the Schengen states and contact person in host company. If not applicable - name of hotel or temporary address in the Schengen states section for students?

I haven't got an appointment myself yet, but according to my research and stuff I would advise you to go through the application form thoroughly. Be sure of what all details to fill up because if you don not submit the form in time, you lose the appointment date.

I have one more doubt.
I have been selected for a fellowship at AGH University for a research and training programme, and the fellowship will be in the form of an employment contract with a living allowance. I am confused as to selected National Visa (students) or National Visa (Others).
The Delhi consulate had advised me to select National Visa (Others), but I am not beiing able to get through to the Mumbai Consulate yet.
