Study / Coming to Study in Poland after being raised In USA [7]

I want to study computer engineer, so if I am correct it's informatyka. I am most likely going to call the admissions department of Politechnika Bialystocka tommorow due to the time zones. I am just afraid that I will not be able to go to a Polish University with the circumstances that I present.

Study / Coming to Study in Poland after being raised In USA [7]

I am Polish by birth and citizenship, but I was raised in USA ever since I was 10. I speak Polish perfectly and can also write perfectly. I decided that I want to study in Poland, but wondering if Polish Universities would accept me as a foreigner or domestic? I never wrote Maturas, but I did the ACT and SAT tests in USA. Would I get into a polish university with those tests or not? I am completely confused as to how I would apply to a polish university seeing as how my circumstances are weird.
