In my work visa application form there needs a correction in the field 'Intended date of arrival' because my joining date has been postponed due to late appointment at Mumbai consulate.

How can I correct the arrival date in my application form?

Try on Monday,Tuesday and Wednesday at 8.30 am to 10.00 am and also try after 4 pm to 8 pm on the same days!
It will be better to check it regularly through out the day for these three days! Doing this I hope you can get an appointment.

What is the duration of travel insurance you issued for your spouse/dependent (6 months or 1 year) ?As I can see most of the insurance companies

provide travel insurance only for maximum of 6 months !

current occupation: No occupation (if not employed)

Data of receiving person: Same as your details
(for my work application i have filled out my employer contact)

For dependent separate application is required. I have taken two appointments national visa D -work for Me and national visa D - other for My Spouse, I hope it is correct!
