Law / Flight Reservation Question for National Visa D Type - appointment in Poland's embassy [5]

Hi,

I have appointment in polish embassy for national visa D type which is for longer period as compared to schengen visa. I need to present the flight reservations for departure from my country and return from Poland. Embassy says they need reservation to be of at least 5-6 months but the travel agent where i'm trying to book the reservation, they are saying they can hold the reservation only for 3 months.

Please tell me what to do in this matter?

Poland's Work Permit Question - an exact date of receiving it - beforehand?



Hi,

I want to ask that, does an employer who has filed an application for getting work permit for its employee get to know about exact date of receiving work permit and it's positive/negative decision before actually receiving it???

My employer says they will surely get work permit for me in next week(it's been 3 months since i had accepted job offer from them and they had started work permit process) and now I should give resign in my current company.

Please advise me in this matter.

Work / NOC Letter Format to be acquired from Last employer; Poland's D type visa query [2]

Hi,

I'm from Pakistan. I need to apply for a national visa D type as i have received a job offer from an IT firm in Poland. Along with required documents one is NOC letter from last employer in Pakistan. Can anyone here please help me with this and tell what should this letter contain on it ?? Or what is the format of this letter?

No ! I've not been hired for some managerial or supervisory position. I've been hired for engineer position.
I hope it should not raise any concerns as the company that has hired me, they evaluated my skills set beyond than that of my number of years of work experience. But i was lucky enough to secure my position and was offered this job :)

Since embassy rejects applicants by stating the reasons like they haven't mentioned about their intention to leave Poland once their visa is up, could you please guide me a bit in this regard?? What can I tell them to convince that i have genuine intention of leaving Poland once my visa is up or I could present them some documents stating that i will come back to my home county after my visa is up.

Since i have 4 years bachelor in computer science but 2 years of professional experience. Do you think they can reject my application saying that 2 years of professional experience is not very much compelling??
