Work / How much is a good salary for a manager at software company in Poland? [7]

Hi guys,
This is my first post at Polish Forums. I hope it will be a long membership in here.

My question is, how much is good salary for a manager position at a software company for 6 + years experienced person with good English and having multi cultural background? My opinion was around 14000 PLN gross per month. Is it too much?
