Real Estate / Can I fence and keep anything in my property in Poland? [3]

For example in Scandinavia you can't fence your property without reasons and there are some limitations of what you can put there. Are there any limitations in Poland or can I just build a fence and keep anything there? (within legal boundaries of course, nothing illegal)

Law / Do I need any licenses or such to sell non-alcoholic drinks in Poland? [13]

I see. So if it's just me, I need to register as a dime trader instead of creating a business. That's convenient. But I either need to register in a town hall with a translator (easier way, makes sense) or I need to pay a flat fee at a "farmers market". I hope I understood it correctly. Thanks for explaining!

@dreamergirl hahaha why do they do that?

Law / Do I need any licenses or such to sell non-alcoholic drinks in Poland? [13]

Aha. Sorry for not formulating the question correctly. Does the business have to be based in Poland? As for the pitch, where do I go to do that, and can it be done with just basic Polish skills?

@dreamergirl what issues are those? I'm curious. :)

@Looker nice! Thank you for your answer! Did that mean that I could pretty much make a stand and sell drinks without anybody bothering me anywhere in Poland?

Sorry dreamergirl, but I prefer to keep that to myself unless it matters to the discussion. :) why do you want to know may I ask?

Life / West-East life in Poland? [35]

Merged: Are the eastern areas of Poland more dangerous and less developed? Around Bialystok?

Eastern areas are bordering such countries life Lithuania, Belarus, Ukraine, and even a part of Russia. Undeveloped countries with bad economies, political situations that are questionable, lack of 'western' store chains, etc.. I've been there and I know people from there, nobody but the blindly Patriots say that they are great countries. Even 'normal' Patriots say they don't lie it there. But Lithuanian youth is changing opinion a bit lately I noticed.

Anyway, so I wonder if the situation in around the parts around bialystok are as bad, or are they as good as the rest of Poland? (I only know about the western parts which are as good as western countries)

Ps. please don't take offense, my goal was to explain why I think what I think currently and what I want to know...

Real Estate / Building a house in Poland need advice from anyone that has built [100]

Merged: What do I need to build a small house in Poland?

If I wanted to build myself a small house to live in, and if I was to buy a piece of land in Poland (as a European citizen, but not Polish citizen), what would I have to do to be able to do that? Or can I just bring my tools and start building a house without anybody bothering me about it?
