Law / From A1 motorcycle license to A license in Poland? [3]

Is this possible? I got my A1 MC drivers license at the age of 18 whilst
in Denmark (danish citizenship), however I've been living in poland for
1.5 years now due to school.
Will the transaction from A1 to A be possible in 1 go and will I need to take both practical and theory test in Poland?
