Life / Moving to Gdansk from Lodz - having doubts [15]

I live in Gdynia:)

Is it possible to live in Gdynia and commute to Gdansk? How long would it take by public transport?

it is by far the best place in Poland, in spite of the **** weather.

yes, I experienced that lol it reminded me of the Netherlands.

I went from Sopot to Lodz after living in Sopot - I could stand Lodz just for half a year(big depression), my job in Lodz was what I wanted, that is why I left Trojmiasto.)

Where do you live now then?

Don't tell anyone the secret, but some things (food for example) are cheaper here.

yes, I was talking especially about rent. Here I pay 1050zl for a good kawalerka, including bills and internet. 12 minutes from work by tram.

Actually Gdansk is a bit of a ******** when you look deeper......

well, for sure it is not perfect, but I believe it is nicer than Lodz, no?

Never been stabbed in the back?

stabbed in the back here? No, not yet. I have good friends here, but it is only because of this I will never go anywhere so...maybe it is just a matter of moving out of comfort zone.

another question I have is that if there is some kind of monthly card for public transportation in Gdansk. Coz here there is one called Migawka and I pay 192zl and it is valid for 3 months. It can be used in trams and buses.

Thanks again
