Law / Where can I check in Poland my company formation status and tax number NIP and REGON? [95]

hi there

can someone help me i need to check if this company does exist in poland i only have a name im planning to go into used clothes trading they claim to have an office in UK but their clothes is shipped from a warehouse in Poland im not sure this is true they guy has been very helpful but at the same time he sounds to be tooo good to be true.
