Genealogy / Help in finding ancestry - Hermanowski/Czajkowski [3]

My sir name is Hermanowski and my grandfather and great grandfather died before I was born so I don't know much about my paternal history. What I do know from my grandfathers death certificate is this. My great grandfather was named Joseph of Jozef unknown date of birth and his son John of Jan was born about 1889 near Brodnica, Poland. Joseph had a wife Frances Czajkowski. Joseph and John arrived in the United States in the early 1890's I think 1892 Frances was not with them. We are all Catholics if that helps.
