Study / Like to know More about Work Chances in Poland after finish Study. [3]

Hi Friends,
I am from India. Planning to come Poland to study Master of IT in Project Management course. Duration is 1 year 6 months.
I wish to study in Germany but Course fees very high. so first i want to study in Poland later move to Germany. I speak German and got friends in Germany.

Present i am working on IT. Got 6 years of SAP Experience with total 12 years of IT experience. so i am looking especially at higher level jobs like Project Manager or IT Manager.

I got few questions Please answer if you know.

1. Which type of Residence permit will i get ? since i read online there are two types one can work only in 3 months and other permit can work full time.

2. Will i get Residence card based on the basis of full-time studies ?
3. While Studying as Full Time, Can i work any chances ? (Because classes only 5 hours daily.)
4. Is this True ....Full time NON EU students can work Without work permit only in July, August and September Only?
4. After my studies can i stay and look for Job ?.

I read Poland New Rule from 2014 like

The new Polish Law on Foreigners that is going to be introduced in May 2014 will also make it easier for international students to deal with formalities concerning their stay in the territory of Poland. The first residence card for students will be issued for 15 months, which will allow a student to pass his/her exams in the second term. Furthermore, it won't be necessary to apply for this permit 45 days before its expiration (as previously), but even on the last day of legal stay in Poland. If all exams are not passed successfully in an academic year, a Voivode will still have the power to issue a residence card. After finishing studies, a graduate will have the right to obtain a residence card for one year in order to find a job in Poland.
