Law / What documents are required for dependant visa for Non-EU citizen holding work permit in Poland? [6]

Update: I went through some of the links provided here and I'm now thoroughly confused.
Is it possible to get a visa for my wife while I am in India? ie, can I submit her application along with my visa D application? Or do I need to file for Family Reunification after reaching Poland?

Law / Dependant Visa for my wife (going first time to Poland) [39]

Hi Bharat,
Did you finally get the dependent visa for your wife? Can you help me with the process for the same?

I will be travelling to Poland in mid March and I'm currently waiting for my work permit to come through (by end of Feb). Can you please help me with the process? Is it possible to file for my wofe's visa while I am in India or can I do it only after I reach Poland?

Would truly appreciate your advise here
