It is a delicate situation and needs to be dealt in the same manner. The first attempt is always to try diffusing the problem in amicable way but knowing the next steps to take in case that doesn't work .
This is not maths, two wrongs don't make a right. What happens to Poles in US is not right either but that doesn't help this situation. If you want to discuss Poles in US or UK please start another thread. I wanted to know the the names of agencies to contact and I got some answers. My friend has already talked to one of these agencies and given the details. I will let the professionals handle it :) And remember I am not talking about a general rule, these kind of people (like the professor) are exceptions in every society and need to be dealt with accordingly. In a conflict situation a mediator is required and that is what I was trying to find and have found.
