No nothing like that at all, so anyway I have Kanjorszewski and Koniuszewski any other ideas will be appreciated.

does a name that you can't spell really need to be in your book. Could you not pick something you can spell...it is fiction after all.

Yes the name I can't spell has to be used, it's the pronunciation that's the main thing, it has to be Can your chef ski.
