Law / Will opening an online company in Poland help with obtaining a visa? [11]

Do you know which are them? Tks!

Actually we don't need the visa to go Schengen Zone, but we can stay just 90 days. What I trying to do is get a work visa, that allows me to stay 1 year and then figure out the best option Or my brother who is married with a polish woman open a company and contract me and then I can be the shareholder and stay longer.

The problem is that I've talked with lots of people and they have differents views and I don't know which is the best. =/

Law / Will opening an online company in Poland help with obtaining a visa? [11]

Hi, my name is Paulo and I live in Brasil.

My brother and I have a online company that sells Chemistry courses - quimicaemacao.com.br

He lives in Poland because he is married with a Polish woman. So he has the permanent permission to stay in Poland. Our company runs here in Brazil, but in order to expand our business we want to stay closer.

Our intention is to open an online company in Poland so I can get the visa to live there.

Is that possible? How can we do that? Anyone here can provide this kind of services?
