Genealogy / Seeking information on Anton LANGER [4]

Thank you for your responses. Yes, I have done a lot of work on the Langers since I made the post above, but I still have much to do. I am on my way to the Library at Salt Lake City right now, and hope to find out more about the Langers of Oberglogau/Glogowek. I'm happy to share any information I have with other Langer ancestors.

Genealogy / Seeking information on Anton LANGER [4]

I recently acquired the death certificate of my great-grandfather, Maximilian Joseph Langer, whose birthplace is listed as Oberglogau, Silesia, now Glogowek, Poland, born 21 July, 1840. His parents are listed as Anton Langer, a master weaver, and Barbara Kura. A search on familysearch.org has given me two Anton Langers, both born in Niesse (Nysa) in an appropriate time frame --

Anton Franz Andreas Langer, b. 29 March 1817 (parents, Clemens LANGER and Elisabeth GEBAUER)

Anton Carl Ernst Langer, b. 27 April 1816 (parents Felix LANGER and Rosalia HUNECKE)

I will be very grateful if I can get help in confirming that either of these Anton Langers (records found on Family Search) is the father of Maximilian Langer. Is there a database I can search? Does someone have an Ortsfamilienbuch that might include them? Any help or guidance you can give me will be very much appreciated.
