Real Estate / Renting an apartment in Poland - how much commission for the agency? [3]

I will be moving to Bydgoszcz in January and I would like to ask you if there is any website where there are posts with flat rentals directly from the owner. Also, if you get an apartment via the agency, how much is the commission for them?
