Law / Buying a custom/private Polish number/registration plate in Poland [20]

I want one because id love to? Why else? Ive got 2 UK private plates already none of them are registered on any cars. Some people buy plates for investment reasons some because they just like the idea of having their name or something relational that can be transferred/go with them anywhere. Poland is already my 2nd home & it could eventually become my 1st.

I am a British citizen studying in London & Id like to purchase a custom plate here meaning id like to actually buy the combination of characters officially & then get the metal plates made.

On Wiki it says the cost of purchasing custom registration plates is 500 PLN. But it doesn't say how to or where from

Any help would be great! (if you direct me to websites, please translate!)

Reason? My sister moved to Poland 2 yrs ago & id like to buy a private plate & eventually put it on my car (for when it goes to Poland for life) I dont wanna buy a car from Poland but I want my plate now :)
