In what way?, you posted to me that you have nothing on paper and it is all your fault......In what way?....It is just of interest to myself and another member on the forum of how you came to be "tricked" by Arek.

You also mentioned that you knew where he is living, it would be interesting to find out just where, as if you know for sure then surely there is no need to hire a private detective as you appear to have done the detective work yourself?

Sorry to hear about your Mother and all the problems you are experiencing at this traumatic time, I hope things improve for you.

It was interesting to see that another person has jointed the forum in the form of "wanted Arek", how many more victims of this cheating lying !!!!!!....hole?.........we will see.

I don't know how credible the information is regarding the fact that he has left Germany is........However, it just seems strange that this guy mentioned that he is back in Spain....who knows??.....You see I don't think that the German authorities will take too kindly to all this corruption, fraud and theft as they have a different way of tackling this type of thing and in general are more thorough than the Spanish police, who quite frankly couldn't give a stuff.

I will e mail you my e mail address and let you know if I manage to find out anything else about the little worm.

I will also send a mail to the "wanted Arek site" and see what we can collectively come up with.

Have a good Sunday......................I really hope we can make life as uncomfortable as we possibly can for the little weasel. It makes me so mad that in one of his feeble replies to my demands to the return of my money, he told me that it had gone into the everyday spend of the garage!!!!.....Can you imagine my anger??????......What gave him the god given right to spend my money on his poxy ailing garage, when he should have so rightly returned the money immediately. He knew that car was crap, however, I don't believe that it blew up.......................when it was returned for "repairs" and believe me it was BAD!!!.....I think he just sold it on to another poor unsuspecting victim........
