Law / How many times you are allowed to get married in Poland ?? [4]

Hi there i just want know how many times you are allowed to get married in Poland ??? Because i'm married with a Polish woman in my country but when she traveled back to visit her family after about 2month she start to be cold with me than after i heard that she found another one and now going to have married again?? so i want know that can she make second married which she's still my wife with guanine married certificate???? please i need help???
