16000 is really on higher side, less than 3% people make that kind of money.
But it's not impossible, especially from a big bank transitioning to poland and pay even more. Good luck.

Work / Salary tax in Wroclaw - is it 30% for 15,000 PLN income? [16]

Small family, modest living, in a 2bed apartment with toddler in kindergarten.

I hear tax is 30%.

Is 15,000 a good salary ?

Still waiting to hear from employer, thought of asking fellows here for quick advice.
