Study / Any good value Polish language schools that offer longer term courses and accommodation? [3]

By long term I mean equivalent to a university semester at least, so a good few months, intensive or non-intensive tuition, it doesn't matter. I've seen courses at Polish uni's and have been in touch with a few of them already, there are at least 2 possibilities, one in Warsaw and one in Katowice but I'm also wondering about private Polish language schools? Not fussy on a city, fussy on price though, the lower the better! Would have to offer accommodation though. If anyone has any suggestions, post away! Thanks.
