Language / Polish Proficiency Test? [9]

proof that you have been learning Polish language other than home environment

I have never taken any Polish school or classes, I know Polish simply by speaking it at home 24/7. I'm assuming, then, that I do not qualify for this exam.

I went to the Polish embassy last year to renew my Polish passport, I'm not sure if they do the exam and my mom said she doesn't know about it. I'll try looking into it more to see if they really do, though! Thanks. :)

Language / Polish Proficiency Test? [9]

Hey everyone!
I'm not sure where exactly this should be posted but... I've been learning Polish since I was born; my parents both speak it as their first language. I am a junior in high school right now which means I will be applying to college soon. I was wondering if there are any Polish Proficiency Tests that I can take that will show that I definitely know the language? I want to include it on my college applications, however I feel if I just say "I know Polish" without any proof, it will be ignored.

I live in New Jersey, USA if that is important.
