There are not that many poles in Norway. 60,000 compared to 500,000 in the UK (in 2011).

The standard of living for immigrants in Norway is not much better than any other European country. The "good wages" simply offset the immense cost of living and poles in particular are treated like an underclass by most Norwegians.

I don't know what you do for a living but it might be a useful thing to have on your CV if a future employer deals with English speaking customers a lot on the phone or if their representatives visit Poland.
