First of all: Your national driving license was polish? :P Because you say that you are in Poland and it is difficult..and is making me confused.

Some more info.would be a good help for everybody.
As I know if you loose the driving license you don't need to go through course and exam again,is enough to go in this office where you took your driving license(i don't remember the name of this place:P) and inform them about the loss of it.

Frankly,I think they are the only persons who can help you(IN MY OPINION OF COURSE).

I don't know what you have seen but I have to say that 70% of my neighbours beat their wives&kids on regular basis(especially the alcoholic guy living in the floor above my apartment),how I know it? I CAN HEAR THEM SCREAMING AND CRYING.

And even when once I called the police because I was worried about the little kids in the floor above me NOBODY came!!!
Maybe is only here where I live(is a city with around 100'000 inhabitants) but unfortunately it happens a lot.
