Life / A Question About Pharmacy (Dramamine or Benadryl in Poland?) [5]

Oh, I see. Thanks for the warning.

actually Apap Noc contains diphenhydramine (25mg per pill) - the thing is it also contains paracetamol (the regular 500mg dose)

Paracetamol doesn't make me sweat, but I'm not sure if I want to push such amounts of Paracetamol into my body for no reason :) I'll have to find other solutions I guess, rather than sleeping.

Thanks for replies.

Life / A Question About Pharmacy (Dramamine or Benadryl in Poland?) [5]

I'm taking a 12-hour long bus trip from Warsaw to Prague tomorrow. The problem is I hate bus trips and can't really sleep in a bus to kill some time. I am planning to get some Dramamine or Benadryl to fall asleep during the night trip. My question is, are they (Dramamine or Benadryl) sold in same name in Poland, or do they have different marketing names? I'm also open for any suggestions about over-the-counter pills to get sleep.

Thanks in advance.
