What kind of hair do Polish people typically have?

My mom was adopted, but all we know about her
is that she's a Polish Jew. My dad's Danish, but as far as I know
they have pretty straight, light hair.
My hairs thick, brown, and curly. Is that Polish at all?
My boyfriend's mostly Irish, and he says some Irish hair is
thick and dark like that, but I'm
only a little Irish. I'm also a little English, but that's it.
I'm trying to figure out where I got this hair.
