News / Crash of Tu-154 at Smolensk-North--could it have been a bomb in the Polish plane? [233]

Here's another photo of the intact cockpit: polskieradio.pl/wiadomosci/

So, much for the convenient "upside down" theory... clearly NOT the case. Why the hell would DNA be required to ID some of the crew ??? To destroy all evidence of them being shot, obviously--for those with half a brain.

turns upside round and crashes at a decent speed

Oh, so now it turned upside down in mid-air, huh? Every 5 minutes a new convenient explanation? Do you know how much this thing weighed?

and crashes at a decent speed

It was travelling at roughly 200 km/hr... far from enough to cause it to turn "upside down."

But as has been quoted - the pilot continued the approach after being told to go around or divert.

As has been quoted by who? The very side who would have much to cover-up if this was far from an accident?

if it was a PAR approach, then they deliberately went against orders in regards to height.

Not if they were purposely and deceptively instructed.

Put your glasses on and look at the video. The cockpit itself is indeed largely intact.

Fog on the video?? You seem to oh-so-conveniently forget all the smoke from the fires.

establishing why the pilot made the error is what we want to know. What led to that decision being made?

"during a PAR approach, the controller is in fact 'in control' of the aircraft. The pilot merely carries out controller instructions, as he has no means of verifying his position other than the controller's words. On such an approach the controller's words are an order, not a suggestion..."

--> Would a PAR approach not largely rely on functional and properly positioned runway approach lights, also?

Recall that the runway approach lights were set off the runway, on fenceposts (decoy)?
And here, following the crash, the Russians were seen installing lightbulbs on the actual runway approach lights:
youtube.com/watch?v=4Q9ZarY9Z-Q

Reports indicate that 5 of the 7 crewmembers (4 of who were in the cockpit and 3 stewardesses) had to be identified with DNA.
hosted.ap.org/dynamic/stories/E/EU_POLAND_PLANE_CRASH?SITE=AP&SECTION=HOME&TEMPLATE=DEFAULT

Notice on the shooting video, however, that the cockpit is largely intact. And, although not entirely conclusive, in the video it appears as though someone lying next to the cockpit may have been shot.

The remains of 5 of the 7 crewmembers had to be identified with DNA. Notice, however, that the cockpit is largely intact (as seen in the shooting video)...

With DNA? Why, because they survived and were shot to death and evidence of such had to be "mangled"?

Also, Russian authorities were seen installing lightbulbs in the runway approach lights after the crash...Why? To erase any evidence of a sabotage?

News / Is it possible that Polish president was assasinated? If so then, by whom? [921]

Why wouldn't we listen to Russian reports?

"Russia Today in propaganda war of words and images"
digitaljournal.com/article/286048

"Russia Today correspondent quits over censorship"
blogs.rnw.nl/medianetwork/russia-today-correspondent-quits-over-censorship-of-his-report-from-georgia

"Russia Today could not have been created without help from the government, which has earmarked some $30 million to get the station off the ground...raising fears that the station will turn into a Kremlin propaganda machine."

rferl.org/content/article/1059159.html

Would we want criminals conducting their own trials? (In your warped little world, the answer would be "why not?")

You still haven't explained your theory about how the NDB and TAWS systems were tampered with. Indeed - you still haven't explained the crew's actions.

YOU still haven't explained how a plane like the Tup (by all accounts, 'nie gniotsa, nie Ĺ‚amiotsa'), travelling just meters off the ground at approx. 200 km/h would end up 'rozpierdolony w mak,' along with its passengers.

As of yesterday (April 20th), Poland still has not received the plane's black boxes from Russia:

April 21--The chairman of the Katyn Foundation has called on the Polish government to appeal for an international investigation:

On a side(?) note:

- Russia, Poland agree amendments to intergovernmental gas agreement, signed by Putin on April 13th:
kyivpost/news/russia/detail/64462/

- A planned battery of U.S. Patriot missiles that has irritated Russia will now arrive in Poland in late May:
reuters/article/latestCrisis/idUSLDE63K25Y

Which has been postponed from the original schedule of "within weeks."

Draw your own conclusions.

News / Crash of Tu-154 at Smolensk-North--could it have been a bomb in the Polish plane? [233]

Reports are coming forth with witnesses stating they saw 2 bright flashes accompanied by what sounded like blasts.
The body of Poland's first lady Maria Kaczynska was identified by her wedding ring - with her husband's name inscribed on the inside - and the colour of her finger nails. Many of the bodies are so badly mangled they will require DNA matching.

Chunks of the plane were scattered widely amid leafless trees and small fires in the woods. A tail fin with the red and white national colors of Poland stuck up from the smoking debris.

Reuters interviewed a man who saw the plane crash that killed Polish President Lech Kaczynski and some of the country's highest military and civilian leaders. The man stated,"I had been here 15 minutes when I saw the plane flying low, and I saw something serious was going on. It was cutting, cutting trees. Then over there, there was a big noise. Boom! Like a bomb."

Some aviation experts have also stated that the damage to the Tu-154, as well as its debris scatter, appears too extensive to be consistent with the crash landing of a plane flying so close to the ground.

"Last month Obama scrapped a plan agreed by his Republican predecessor George W. Bush to install a controversial anti-missile system

Yes, the shield (long-range) was scrapped which was meant against possible attacks from the middle east .... but NOT the patriot missiles (short-range), which are solely meant as security against Russia. You're spinning yourself into the ground and don't realize it. lol ;)

How Kaczynski "assasination" would influence it? It may only increase Poles favor to host US shield. Russia has the opposite aim.

How? By getting rid of the staunchest supporters of it, i.e. less opposition to overturning it.

And by getting rid of the staunchest supporters (i.e. the President and his key players), it will be much easier to subdue the next president with fear and intimidation (who wants to end up like Kaczynski?), thus fulfilling Russia's aim. Psychology 101.

P.S. If anything, I'm a lieutenant of missile arm in reserve.

Am I a cross-hair on your radar, lol?

I'm just making the point that the Russian government was pissed about this--there's no denying that.

And pissed people have been known to do pissy things.

All your proofs sent us to 2008 - it's all about GMD missiles.

How is this for recent? Where does it talk about GMD missiles? Patriot missiles...
This is from less than 6 months ago:

Notice the timing in the second article--patriot missiles in only weeks.
Don't make me go in circles here....

(they sound like a threat in her book).

Not only in my book... Are you starting up again, Sasha? ;) Please refrain from misinterpretations unless you actually read some articles on the issue... the Russian government's anger/displeasure with this plan was clearly documented and described, the "threats," or whatever you want to call it, are quoted. Let's not start round 2 again, lol ;P

Poland is no longer in the Russian influence zone and never will be again!

What, did I miss something? Did Poland suddenly pick up and relocate elsewhere? lol

Most likely yes - they still keep IL-76 there

They can keep planes there, but the definition of "decommission" is to remove from active status, which would suggest the absence of armed soldiers. If there's any military here, straighten me out...

it's OK for us too.

Maybe for you, but not for the Russian government and military. Have a look at the links I posted, and judge for yourself. It's pretty clear.

On another note: Isn't it a little odd that armed soldiers (?), NKVD (?) were already at the crash site, even before emergency crews? Or do armed Russians lurk at every Russian airport, waiting for crashes to occur? Just a thought... nobody have a fit, please.

it is meant for Iran why by russia having a s**t over it when it has nothing to do with them.

On the contrary... the missile defense shield, from which Obama withdrew, was meant for the middle east--but the patriot missiles (short-range missiles) are meant precisely for security against Russia:
