Food / I am a cider drinker, where to get it in Krakow [40]

I Know that Magners is 65zl for 24 cans in tesco calais maybe it would be an idea to start up a cider club and send a van to collect some and maybe some John Smiths etc.

I currently have to go to a couple of bars in Krakow and pay 14 or 15zl for a large strongbow.

Can anyone help I live in Krakow and I am trying to find some english cider in cans or bottles to drink at home, also some good english cheddar ( strong flavour), I love polish food but some tastes from england will never die! If you know where I can get either of these or you have something you want from home over here lets see if we can help each other out

Law / EU grants to small business in Poland-advice needed [27]

Can you give me an idea of turnover and number of employees, as well as location?

At the moment all is a bit sketchy as I have to find premises but hopefully in Krakow, to start with I would hope to employ up to 5 people as for turnover that all depends on whether the product will sell over there but I hope that after about a month of operating over in poland i will be making profits in the region of pln 6000 a month this is of course based on the assumption that the product will sell. I realise that this does not give you much to go on but I believe in the product and am reluctant to disclose too much on public forums at this time.

News / RHD cars in Poland - my campaign to change the rules in Poland [128]

Hi,
I wonder if anyone can help me, I plan to move to krakow in May and am hoping to bring my car from England but have a few questions:-

1. How do you get insurance in Poland for a rhd car, is this possible?
2. What happens to the tax on the car from UK?
3. Do you have to have the car registered to a UK address?
4. How long can you keep the car in Poland?
5. Can you still use your UK driving license?

I would appreciate any help at all on this subject.
