I don't know if this is a "Warsowian" thing but yes, I think I speak quite fast :)

obviously not all but just look at the drivers, especially if they see you have number plate from another voivoidship. waiters in the old town are not some of the kindest as well.

I don't know about drivers as I use only public transport but when it comes to waiters I think you just had bad luck. Let me know next time you're in Wawa and I'll recommend you some really nice places with very polite and friendly staff.

I understand what you mean but still don't agree that we in Warsaw (in general) are less polite than you in Białystok (in general). But of course it's only my opinion.

I can see is that people in Białystok are more polite than people in Warszawa.

I'm sorry but that's a generalization. How many people in Warsaw do you know? Are they all rude?
