In terms of Polish militaria, the record book is all I have. I do have a photo of my Granddad in cavalry uniform from WWI. I'm not sure which uniform it is, my dad thinks that he fought with Germany on the Eastern Front against the Russians.

I also have scans of his and my Grandmother's birth certificates. Since they were Roman Catholic these are written in Latin. They are in pretty good shape for being over 100 years old.

Hi all, new member here, I really like this site.

One of the pieces of my very small collection is the one I'm most proud of; my grandfather's military record book from the time of his service in the Polish-Russo war. He served in an artillery unit during this war. It's in rough condition with some missing pages, but I have carefully scanned it to my computer to avoid handling it for translation purposes. My father is going to find someone who can preserve it to keep it from deteriorating.
