Life / Funeral Traditions in Poland [66]

A friend of mine who is a priest did a funeral today with a beautiful Polish prayer. He said that it was tradition in Poland to say this prayer at a funeral. Does anyone know what it is? What it's called? Or it's English translation?

Exactly how important is faith and religion in Poland? I know it depends on the person but what if it seems he projects that his faith means a lot, but if you are really paying attention, he is lost, confused and sad. Any thoughts?
