Genealogy / Last name, Kwiatkowski, where in Poland? [6]

This will be extremely difficult to do something like this. It's the equivalent to Smith as a last name in America. Good Luck

Classifieds / English speaking AA meetings in Wroclaw? [23]

You came to the wrong country to try and recover! Almost everyone drinks here! If you need anyone to talk to in English about your problems I am willing to listen. Let me know!

Life / Why there is always around a horrible smell of sweat in Poland [188]

lol before I had a car here in Poland my wife son and I took the buses and trams all the time! My son puked when 2 rif rafs got on the bus and smelled like something had died inside them! Get used to it because unfortunately there is a huge problem with alcoholism and non working people here who can not afford the proper place to stay. Hence it's why they don't shower.

Work / Poland Work Permit / Study Visa Processing Times [191]

If you have a sponsor for your work permit then usually they give you the requested amount of time the employer asks for. Maybe a 3 year visa. If you apply yourself like I have then yes you have the daunting task of filling everything out a few months later because your work permit is good for only 1 year. After that you are approved for a 2 year working visa. After the 2 year visa is a 10 year which I currently have at this moment. Also the amount of time has been slower because of the main office in Warsaw and the Post Office. If you haven't noticed the Polish Post is one of the laziest in the world!

Life / 3 reasons why you hate Poland. [1049]

Hahahaha

I have had my mail Stolen, ripped open to be checked inside for money! I am still waiting for my 2 nets of Copenhagen snuff my mom sent almost 7 years ago lol. My suggestion on Mailing anything is this! Make sure you get a tracking number on it so you can follow it step by step! I learned the hard way! Oh and I was in my apartment watching tv went and checked the post and found a piece of paper saying I had certified mail I missed! Here is the kicker he rang the door and I opened the main door for him to come in! Yeah I'd say they are lazy!
