Real Estate / Splitting property in Poland while being married but in separation [4]

Hello, I am a British man and married my Polish wife in 2007. We both reside in the UK and have two children. We separated two years ago and share access to the children. My problem is that we have a property in Poland that we are jointly on the mortgage for, however she is refusing to sell the house and give me my share. Obviously being in the UK it is tricky to force her to do it. Could anyone advise me of a Polish solicitor in Warsaw that deals with these sorts of cases?

Real Estate / Cost to build in Eastern Poland - Ideally per m2 [71]

Hi, I live in Scotland and am moving near Siedlce with my Polish wife and we are doing the same thing as you. Hopefully start building this year. We have budgeted about 350K (zl). Are you sure its 400m2? Thats like a factory size. If you stick dobry dom into google and type in the name of our house (dom w kamasjach) you will get an idea. Our house is about 180m2 and that is a 4 bedroom pad. Where is the town, if you dont mind me being nosey?

USA, Canada / How do my Polish relatives get a visa for visiting me in Houston? [4]

They will def need a Passport + they will need to apply for a Visa. They are quite difficult for Polish to obtain due to people not returning to Poland once they get in to America. They must prove that it is only a visit and will need all of your details, address,etc.
