USA, Canada / Southern Ontario (Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo) and Polish Women [32]

Speaking of K-W region....does anyone know any good Polish grocery stores in this area? I only know of Nougat...

P.s. I am also interested in taking Polish dancing lessons. However, I am in my 20s. is there any hope for learning Polish dance at such age? I know there is the Kujawiacy...but the 'Senior' group is for 14+ :s
