From my experience... Polish women almost always wear make-up, even if they go to the bakery store in the morning to buy bread etc. or when they walk the dog ... However, that

makeup is very subltle (?) so you really cannot say, if the woman is wearing it or not.

And also I look very feminine in my short hair, that's why I still can wear it . I do not look like a boy or sth :)

we are 100% Polish :-)
