You are totally wrong, dear friend! I just don't like show offs, that's all. You should not underestimate the poles, the wages are rising and rising constantly. One should not forget, where we came from: At the end of the communist era a normal pole earned about $20/month, now it's over 700 - 800 Euros, thats not so bad.

Those are potato pancakes. In Polish: Placki Ziemniaczane.
Never heard the name tochinel though.
