whoever get the refusal, on working visa try to ask your employer to email to embassy and to call and vote for you. Employers are really need workers that's why they are willing to do that. Embassy's phone is busy all the time though.. And you can re-apply without getting a new date within 15 days. Sometimes people get visa when re-apply.

Wrong. You are not allowed to make any corrections in your application form. You need to cancel your registration and make new registration, otherwise it can be a reason for refuse your visa request.

You can read about that on the website of Polish embassy.
My friends made same mistake before and got refused.
