HAHAHAHHA to the guy who said marijuana has screwed up his life hahahahaha!! U screwed up ur own life and blamed it on marijuana. I have smoked for a few years now. i didn't start till i was over the age of 18. Its pretty much legal in cali if ur over the age of 18 the penalty is less than a parking ticket! I do it maybe once or twice a week im not a dope fiend. I don't drink b/c i don't like the way it makes me feel and the terrible effects it has on the body. Alcohol is much more damaging than marijuana thats a proven fact. Its much more addictive than marijuana.

Yes THC is a drug but its less addictive than caffeine and especially nicotine. My dad was in charge of the drug reform program proposition 36 which delt with addicts. In all of his years in law enforcement he's never ever seen a marijuana addict or some1 who ruined their life due to marijuana. He also helped lobby alonside the grassroots efforts in california for proposition 215 which decriminalized marijuana and allowed for medical dispensaries. My dad smokes pot and he's now a lobbyist. My uncle and aunt smoke pot and they r doctors. My aunt who is a real estate tycoon also smokes pot.

I have an aunt that plays in the philadelphia orchestra at a salary of around 50k a yr. Thats nothing and she is on top!! yah but actually the 215 law is a joke lol. My dad believe it or not helped lobby alongside the grassroots efforts to pass prop 215. They made sure to leave huge gaps in it. It states that u can get a card for any condition the doctor deems that marijuana would b beneficial for. So basically if u want legal buds go get a 215 card. They cost about 100 buxx. Its how i get my weed here actually.

One of my buddies went in and said he couldn't sleep and paid 100 buxx to get one. He's 19 and perfectly healthy. Now he has access to bomby dank anytime we need it!215 is the ****!!! Amsterdam doesn't even have **** on cali weed!! I know ive been there. Its dank but not that gr8! any1 with a good hydro system can gro like they do in amsterdam

I think its a good thing its a joke! When it becomes ezier and more convenient to access people will be more up front about smoking pot. Showing that many potheads are in prominent and powerful places. I know a DA of a big city who smokes pot all the time. I know 2 doctors who smoke pot a few nurses even a CFO. I know lobbyists who smoke pot and lawyers... the list goes on and on.

Marijuana in time will move out of the reefer madness stage and into the tolerated stage once the baby boomers die off! Stupid baby boomers lol. Their generation has done some very terrible things

Cali is ezee 2 u can have up to an ounce or 28 grams statewide and only get a 100 dollar fine. In some counties however there are more lenient laws with the most lenient being humboldt. If you are caught by the cities or counties police u can be caught with up to 4 ounces and only get a 100 dollar fine! Also in humboldt they usually let u off with a warning if ur just smoking or buying in small amounts!

Ive been caught prolly more than 4 times and so far no fine! They smashed my pipe and poured me weed on the ground and stomped it into the dirt though ='(. Cali is extremely lenient! Once i get a stable well paid non government job im gonna get my 215 card just to completely avoid any problems with the law! Any doctor will give u one for like 100 buxx

Actually I am pretty boring to b honest. I study pretty much 18 hours a day and don't get out as much as I used 2. When i have breaks I usually go pretty wild but in everyday life im pretty boring I guess. Im an accounting major neways so its not like my studies are that interesting to most people.

It depends on where you live juli like u say it isn't regulated but in some areas a vast majority of docs can and will give u a 215. If its unregulated that would also implly that there is no formal training in a residency for the prescribing of marijuana. John ur a moron lol. Ive never been prescribed a 215!!! Hmmmm that sux! Thats probably wise though i wouldn't want some1 flying my plain drunk or high on anything! My aunt and uncle won't have any problems lol. They run their own chain of franchized healthcare clinics. U don't get drug tested by any1 except your employer even in the medical industry! If they screwup it probably could be brought up in court but the court is only allowed to do a **** test in cali. My dad used to b in charge of the drug testing accuracy thingies or something for all of SD county. He worked with the producers of the tests and probation, police, parole officers and just about every kind of law enforcement out there before becoming a lobbyist for addicts rights.

Ive passed many a **** test thanks 2 my dad lol. the 30 day rule is a lie. IF u notice the wording it says up to 30 days. Its more like 6 if u smoke once and a while. Also more like 2 if u take niacin and driink alot of water. Hair tests are in the early stages of being banned statewide b/c they discriminate against women and other races. U c the faster your hair grows the quicker ur clean. Some races hair grows quicker than others! Also some cultures have longer hair traditionally =D! Im really not too into the drug crowd just pot. I have mania and lost alot of my drug stigmas once the doc put me on wat i like to call "zombie pills." I don't understand how marijuana is legal but they prescribe that to kids before their brains are done developing. I don't sleep if i don't take pills or smoke weed. Its actually kind of beneficial sometimes but after a while I start having dellusions or hallucinating.

I can't really be cured although I wish i could be. Thats basically while I prowl forums and blogs all night. My dad has a nasty case of mania too. Not as bad as mine though and he didn't get it til he was older and having alot of stress in his life. Mania is actually associated with a high IQ and an overactive mind. My dad self medicates with sleeping pills which have some nasty side effects. I don't wanna fall into the pill poppin path he has chosen.

In my personal experience I completely lost faith in the government when i learned of the lies i had been taught in DARE. I was told marijuana could kill u and send u into a coma if u smoked high potency stuff! There has never been once case of non-laced marijuana sending any1 into a coma or killing them!
