Law / Polish Citzenship application - Hexon Poland - any experience with this company? [18]

I'm in the same boat as you guys with the same company and could use some guidance and insight. I'm about to reach the two-year mark since my application was first submitted. I finally reached out to the Voivode office myself out of desperation only to learn that the materials submitted do not even prove that my main relative was a citizen himself and has therefore been incomplete this entire time. I'm at a loss. I can barely get an email reply within a month and when I do it's usually a one-liner that answers one of my questions and ignores the rest. I am starting to lose hope.
