Well said - as a very experienced dog owner and my husband who is a military trained dog handler, it is very obvious that many people from all over the world- not just Poland- who have zero clue on how to handle, train, care, and love their dog! It seems that people fail to recognize the importance of socializing their dog - and pull them away in fear or ignorance of the crucial aspect of socializing our canine kids raising a balanced dog who doesn't freak out all the time. We are disgusted at the behaviour of grown adults who take on the responsibility of adopting a dog only to turn them into an anti-social barking mess! This is animal abuse and should not be tolerated! Imagine doing this to our children - pulling them away from playing with other kids and keeping them on a tight stressed leash all day only to interact with their grumpy idiotic family! It's insanity! My dog rarely barks (only for a reason but stops on command), never jumps on people, friendly, alert and smart at reading dogs before engaging. She has learned to be careful of dogs who are not socialized and puts dogs that are not well behaved in their place quick. Yet, we have a Kangal, apparently one of the hardest dogs to own...she is also from a shelter where she spent the first part of her life, and that is supposed to double the trouble!! True Kangals are great dogs- the crossbred huge beasts protrayed on youtube are not the true depiction of the Kangal breed. But as people do- they have to ruin everything! To all the good dog owners I salut you!
