Law / Can I quit my job and leave Poland, and then come back within 3 months to join another one? [4]

Hi Everyone,

I am anonymous because my work colleagues are here.

I have a EU Blue card that I recieved in Poland at the end of last year. I also have a new job opportunity for which the work permit is under process.

However, for personal reasons, I need to leave Poland and go to my home country (outside EU). There is a possibility though that I might need to come back to join the new job.

My question is if I can do that. Can I leave Poland including the employment here, with the option of coming back and taking the job, considering I have a EU blue card and a new work permit (underway)? If yes, what is the time period where this option is available to me?
