Law / Child Maintenance Poland/ Ireland [9]

Hi My friend is polish and he was paying his ex partner maintenance for their child. She went to court and got his maintenance put up more than he can afford to pay so he just stopped paying. Don't come for me I know it's wrong and it's none of my business but he is wondering if Poland will come to Ireland looking for him. Has this happened to anybody else? Will they come and try find him or will they just wait until he returns to Poland to catch him?
